A number of options are available for students to borrow books for home-reading.
Library
The Library is very much a part of the child’s learning environment. Students will visit the library during scheduled library lessons once a week.
Library books can only be borrowed during scheduled library lessons. To protect books we ask that children use a library bag when borrowing.
Home reading
Our home reading collection is simply an extension of our library, students can exchange home-reading books any day of the week.
Mobile library
The Mobile library from Carrathool Shire Council visits the school once a month and the children are welcome to borrow books. The date of each visit will be listed in the school newsletter. Once again we ask that children bring their library bag to carry their borrowed books in.
